193 Aorangi Manor in Blenheim is well appointed with modern accommodation facilities.

Bathrooms - All accommodation units are self contained each with their own bathroom facilities. 1x executive studio 4x one bedroom units and 2x two bedroom units have double spa baths as well as showers. The balance of the units all have shower facilities without baths.

Kitchen - All units are self-contained accommodation. Studios are equipped with two hot plates and a microwave oven for cooking. One and two bedroom units have full electric ranges as well as microwave ovens and smooth tops for cooking. Units are fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, toaster, fridge, tea and coffee facilities as well as plunger coffee.

Parking - Each unit is provided with 1 car park, all other parking is by prior arrangement. Some small trailer parking is available by prior arrangement only. Guests visitors are asked to park on the street.

Laundry - Two washing machines and clothes dryers are available for guests as well as plenty of outside drying facilities. Iron and ironing boards are also provided in each unit.

Smoking - All our units are smoke free. You are welcome to smoke outside your unit with doors and windows closed. Tables, chairs and ashtrays are provided outside each unit.

Swimming Pool - Available seasonally to make the most of the sunny Marlborough climate.
